At Confetti & Sparkle Co., all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, so please double-check your order before placing it!

However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we've got you covered. You are eligible for a free reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery.

To request a reprint or refund:

• Email us at confettiandsparkleco@gmail.com with your order number
• Include a clear photo of the issue
• You do not need to return the damaged item

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note some billing-currency exceptions may apply.
